  I brought my children by to enjoy the free class and allowed them to decide if they wanted to enroll. Both of them loved it and we're very excited about it. They are having fun learning how to build self esteem, disciple, character as well as the self defense.
  Maestre Mangueria is awesome with the kids classes, has the patience needed yet is able to relay the techniques and styles used in capoeira.
  The staff is super friendly, courteous and always there to help you. It's like an extended family where knowledge is passed down for the betterment of all.
  I highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself just how great they are!
