  The wait time is usually short and the people I have dealt with were friendly, that's the positive. The negative is that they are not very good at the services I have received. I've received a manicure and pedicure from them and I wasn't impressed. I also had my brows waxed and the young lady left one brow thicker than the other. I asked her to correct it and she still wasn't able to, she didn't even shape my brows, now I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

  I have been going here for over 10 years and have been seeing Chow for the past few years now. Maybe 4/5. He is amazing!! He is very attentive and kind. He really takes his time when with his clients and that reflects in his work. Always get compliments on my nails and I refer many clients who now go to see Chow. I am very pleased.
