  It only got one star so i could put this review in .American auto transport is the most unorganized and unprofessional. Roger whom i spoke to can never return a phone call even when it regarded a complaint, a concern or even a possible cancellation but was quick to blow up my phone to get my business and could call me when he thought my "deposit" payment didnt go thru. My shipping dates were to be picked up on the 5th of june in california and delivered in arlington texas on the 10th which was numerously confirmed. It Didnt get picked up until the 8th( when i was no longer in california and didnt get delievered until the 12th But not even a simple professional phone call to explain the delay not even a phone call till this day i have not recieved a phone call back regarding voice mails and complaints. The customer service line is a joke, why even have that option when they dont answer the phone or return voice mails. I called after my delivery so i could get a reciept for both the deposit and for the towing company and have not recieved anything. Im disappointed that i was desperate enough to choose this company but im not sad to say that my next move will not be assisted by american auto transport.
