  My experience was horrible with this stylist. I had purchased a group for this place. I called and booked an appointment. She confirmed my Groupon conditions before making the appointment. On the day of, she was not there to begin with as she informed when she came that she had a family emergency. There was another client for 11 waiting along with me. As the other customer was elderly, I told her that she can take her and I would come later. She called me again at 1 p.m. When I went Again at 1, she said that she was not expecting a haircut and partial highlights. She is a merchant who is selling her services on Groupon and she does not know what her own Groupon comprised of!! I showed her the Groupon and told her that I had informed her at the time of appointment of the Groupon. I showed the kind if hairstyle I would like and asked fir suggestion for the color of the highlights. She said that it's complicated and she would not want to do the haircut and that Groupon would refund the money!! What this woman did not understand is that she wasted another person's time and money!! I do not know what kind of hairstylist this woman is but I do see what kind of person she is!!
