  Worst moving experience imaginable! The moving service was supposed to arrive between May 8th and 10th. They did not show up nor did they call to inform me. I called them every day until the 11th before I was able to talk to someone about the move. Because of this I had to extend my lease for 2 extra days and go without water for 2 days because they shut my water off the morning of the 11th thinking I would be out. The movers finally arrived on the 12th. They offered to take a small amount off my bill which was only good to cover the cost of my lease extension. When they showed up with my goods 10 days later at midnight, I found a few items had been damaged during the move. I tried following up several times with the company but it was such a frustrating process, I finally gave up. I will say the workers actually moving my goods were competent and helpful. I strongly advise anyone thinking about using this company to look elsewhere. The Groupon savings were definitely not worth the hassle especially since I was charged substantially more than what I was quoted.
