  Horrible. Went in for a simple refill and design no one here knows how to do designs properly.. you are being charged 15 dollars extra for a limited supply of gel polish(25-30 polishes at max) ...a lot of the polish do not even match what is being displayed..the techs are very undertrained and unqualified for the pricing of the service. The new manager Nicki is extremely rude and does not listen if you ask for anything too specific. Please get more nail colors, and update you're crystal selections.. invest in your business...it shows. I'm never coming back...
