  Great customer service on line and in store! Called customer service and spoke w Pablo, very helpful and highly knowledgeable with my many questions and my service and repair needs. Once in store I was greeted by friendly staff. The owner Robert helped me get accessories that I needed and he was also very knowledgeable about his products; so overall a very pleasant experience. If you're in the market for a central vacuum or other accessories and are not comfortable with online shopping for these items, it's worth stopping in to get all your questions answered before making that purchase. Btw I almost forgot to mention "they honor" manufacture warranties, and service and repair units in-house too. Highly recommended this store and company because customer service is everything.
