  The representatives did nothing but get smart with me. I had horrible service, after getting disconnected she did call me back. Jennifer did nothing but say, 'You've got to be kidding me?' Like ma'am we got disconnected at the confirmation. I even had to correct them on my email over three times and each time they did nothing but go 'ugh' and repeated it all smart elck.
  No, you do not get smart with people who are trying to collect the package. I might be young but I sure ain't stupid. Do Not do business with them!
