  I was very disappointed by the food. We used to order from them years ago, and then yesterday we ordered for the first time in quite a while. To start off, we ordered sweet and sour chicken. The pieces were all over cooked, chewy and difficult to eat. on top of that they put it in the plastic containers so breading was completely saturated from sweating and made it even chewier. The bbq boneless spareribs were ordered as well. one with sauce, one plain. What they neglect to tell you about them is whether you order them plain or not, they are marinating in several seasonings including pepper. Not good for someone who can't eat pepper. the egg rolls came all squished. What i will say was when i called to complain about the pork they were very easy to deal with and apologetic and refunded that to me immediately. i love the fact that the food comes in the plastic containers for the very reason i love to use them when i pack away food at home. i was very much looking forward to having their food but i was completely and utterly disappointed. Especially in the chicken. soggy, hard, overcooked and tiny tiny pieces instead of nice pieces of meat. BUT again the staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
